Brad and Gina

Washington, D.C.

Just wanted to give you some updates on this weekend: everything went great! It was honestly more smooth than I could have ever imagined!

I proposed right at sunset at the WWII Memorial with our family and friends hiding behind the pillars. Everyone, including tourists, were all clapping and celebrating, and Gina actually had no idea that anyone was there for us until a few moments passed and she looked up and noticed it was our families there, haha.

We all celebrated at the Memorial for a while, and then we headed out to a bar I had reserved some space at to celebrate. Our families got along great, which was another win, haha. Stayed there for about 3 hours and then everyone headed home. Next morning we got brunch with all of our family (~30 people) and then everyone got back on the road.

Needless to say she LOVED the ring… people kept catching her sitting there staring at it! She must have started crying spontaneously about 10 times over the weekend!

So… one last time, thank you and your mom for ALLLLLLLLLLLL of your help. The weekend was perfect, and getting an amazing ring was definitely one of the biggest reasons why!
